* summary of Duties and Responsibilities :
- Represent the owner Engineering Department in handover commits for all systems and networks
- Establish and ensure the implementation of all maintenance polices. Supervising the department and maintenance contracts
- Prepare and applying the Capital Budget Including Annual Utilities consumption, Maintenance contracts documents and spare parts ....etc.
- Ensure the implementation of health and safety and fire prevention policies and procedures .
- Ensure that the overall activities meet the requirements of quality management and environmental policies and legal stipulations.
Facilities Manager at IC GROUP for Real-estate in the following Projects:
SMART LIFE COMPOUND - 5-th settlement, Cairo

- Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
-Management all facilities (Maintenance, Cleaning and security) in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations,
-Team leading of Handover process for all systems and facilities
-Establish and ensure the implementation of all maintenance polices
- Represent the Contractor in various committees as and where required
- Ensure the implementation of health and safety and fire prevention policies and procedures.
-Ensure that the overall activities meet the requirements of quality management and environmental policies and legal stipulations.
Management and Planning The Project Activities including the (Preventive - Corrective - Periodic) Maintenance of :
1. Electrical Maintenance of ( LV Motors -LV Transformers - LV Switch gears - Generators, Light Current Activities in Different Buildings .
2. Mechanical Maintenance of (WTP- STP- Irrigation Plant - HVAC - Domestic Water Network - All mechanical Activities in public buildings .
(Opening)
Completion of the Handover for all facilities (Electrical works, HVAC system, fire alarm system, fire fighting system, Laundry Eqs., kitchen Eqs., swimming pools, water treatment system, boilers .. all Monitored and Controlled by BMS system)
- Completion of the handover for the LUTRON lighting control systems in all resort outlets, indoor & outdoor
- Ensure that all operational & maintenance activities conform to International Standards, Foundation's Policies and Procedures.
- Designing and application of all preventive maintenance programs
Provided supervision the startup of GE LV Switchgears and Entelliguard breakers in Golf Porto Marina resort, North Coast, Egypt

Supervision of All electrical works related to the following projects: - Renovation of main Lobby, Reception and Meeting Rooms (Lighting, light current, fire alarm)
- Installation of Hotel swimming pool and its pumps room
- Installation of new ALCATEL telephone Operator
- Installation of new data network
- Renovation of Main kitchen

- Supervision of the construction of two new educational buildings in with three leveled stages and employee offices included all elctromechanical works
• All the prior jobs included all the quantity surveying as well as managing and determining the payments of subcontractor installments, Coordinate with Finance departments for site requirements.
