Job tasks:
- Create RFP for Design or Contracting or supervision consultant which related MEP
- Managing the MEP and Light current Design contracts and review and approving the design
packages developments at all stages (Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design, Tender, Construction
package)
- Reviewing and Updating design Cash flow
- Create MEP Base of design and criteria for each projects
- Project cost reviewing in design stags
- Applying early value engineering in design stages
- BIDs and tenders Technical evaluation (Design, Contracting, supervision consultant, Suppliers)
- Managing the projects in regards MEP and Light current works in construction phase (consultant
contracts and contractor and follow up the construction processes, budgeting, coordination,
technical submittals review)
- Site visits and attend site meeting
- MEP RFIs review and replying.
- design quality assurance
- Planning review, time schedule follow up
- participation in payments review and approval
- Correspondence and meetings
- Follow up the Contacting with service providers (we, Vodafone, electrical company, Water Company, town gas,
etc.).
- Assist in obtaining government approvals
