Duties • Coordinate and implement day to day responsibilities for development
opportunities and ongoing projects.
• Responsible for Strategizing, planning and developing project
prospects that maximize the building development efficiency and land
use for achieving a high return on investment, new revenue
opportunities and ensure delivery of strategic direction for
organizations.
• Responsible for advising the end user & senior management on
development related issues, approvals and decisions.
• Responsible for the budgets, schedules, & prioritization of daily project
issues.
• Responsible for project related decisions to site and building
construction methods & operations. In addition to project
coordination, obtaining necessary (NOC’s), design evaluation, and
resolving of technical issues in relation with execution phase.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with Architects, Engineers,
Contractors, Consultants, Municipal Officials, and the general public.
• Entitlement Process -Zoning research, survey review, establish
entitlement schedules, environmental reviews, and asbestos surveys.
• Consultant Management -Requests for proposals, contract drafting
with scopes, design reviews and value engineering recommendations.
• Development Process -Site planning, conceptual development
budgeting, Tenant coordination, and Property Management.
• Contractor Management -Proposal requests, contract drafting with
scopes, pre-construction management, project schedule management,
Change Order management, payout management and waiver reviews.
