- Analyze and constantly evaluate communication plan's results according to a set of specified KPIs.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and different targeted stakeholders.
- Take responsibility for delivering agreed level of activities and meeting deadlines ensuring a timely response to all clients’ requests.
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate invoicing and payments for all clients.
- Perform in synergy with influence communications subsidiaries.
- Engage in team members’ appraisal process based on the pre-planned team goals set by the Deputy General Manager.
- Supervise team members effectively to meet the client's operational goals and provide effective feedback.
- Be knowledgeable about each team members’ job role and enhance team members’ knowledge as needed and coach the subordinates to best fulfill their job requirements.
Create and implement internal and external corporate communication plan and assign budget - by working closely with senior management to make sure business objectives are met - which works in parallel to the regional and global plans.
