Key Responsibilities:
o Examine and review the whole project Specifications along with the QCS to make ensure that the works are being carried out in accordance with standards.
o Examine and review the BOQ of the project for Materials Calculations for site Activities.
o Executing Site work as per Method Statement and Project Specification. .
o Coordination with Design team related design Issue as per site installation and Shop drawings approval.

Project Detail: A project whose Client is Redco International. ERGA Qatar is the Design Consultant whereas REDCO International scope of work includes whole Civil Work and MEP Services.Tower Project Containing (G+3P+A+15 FLOORS+2PH).
Key Responsibilities:
o Study Project Specifications, all technical drawings and all documentations along with the revisions thereon.
o Prepare comparison report between tender documents and IFC documents in terms of materials quantities, specifications and scope of work to commercial department to claim any variations in project objectives.
o Coordination with procurement and planning departments for defining the materials required to execute the project and provide the technical support required to select the proper materials according to approved specifications and Submittals.
o As QA/QC reviewing the Delivery Notes (DN) and preparing Material Inspection Request (MIR).
o Resolving Site problems by coordinating with HSE team for PTW and TBT.
o Executing Site work as per Method Statements, QA/QC and Project Specification. .

REDCO International is working as Main/sub-contractor and its scope of work include MEP Services Procurement, Installations, Testing and Commissioning and its Maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
o Preparing BOQ, Quantities Takeoff, Send Enquires, Follow-ups Suppliers, Quotations Comparing and then Proper Pricing for MEP Quantities from client Tenders.
o Coordination with the Contract Department to review the whole project Specifications, QCS and the BOQ for Materials Calculations and making materials Purchase orders with Procurement team to deliver asap for executing of site activities.
o Coordination with the Design Team for shop drawings approval and HSE team to maintain “Safety First” Rule, PTW and TBT before starting of each and every task.
o Responsible for all Cable Containments, Conduits, LV Panels, SMDBs and DBs etc.
