all the works are collated in accordance with Project Requirements and International
Standards.
• Review and prepare all type of quality procedures, Checklist for each and every activity
which is going to execute and take the required approvals.
• Monitoring the quality control site inspectors Team to ensure the quality control related
site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards.

• Comprehensive study of Project Specification and Design to ensure and accomplish that all the works are collated in accordance with Project Requirements and Standards.
• Review the drawings as per the design and codes.
• Visiting site before and after the execution of any work on site.
• Verify the materials compliance and conformity with the design/specifications of the International Standards
• Attend weekly site progress meeting with Main Contractor & Subcontractors
