Respronsibilty
Ensure the companies QHSE policies and procedure are complied as laid down by OHSAS or ISO (QMS) standerd.
To review the companies QHSE policies, process and procedure. changes if required as per internation standerd and updated.
To ensure continual improvement effectively carrying to achives the companies values and goals.
Monitoring and assisting companies safety committe and HSE team for implementing the nonconfirmance/obseravation and finding to ensure corrective and preventive action been taken and closing within time frame.
To investigate the incident and accident from the level of root caouse analysis to ensure corrective and preventive action been taken the same must not be repeat again.
To assist HSE team for display and advertise adequate safety material to awareness of employees.
Conduct weekly QHSE meetings for the every end of week to the supervisors, managers and engineers.
- To conduct and Lead the QHSE Audit.
- To Implement QHSE Policies, proceedure, planning etc.
- To conduct Health & Safety Trainig to mangers & Staff.
- To conduct QHSE Committe Meeting & Follow up minutes & action listed within.
- To make Presentation of brief HSE report for the management & latest stand of HSE management system.
Implementing all safety procedures & norms efficiently and maintaining the Health & safety of the plant Strong knowledge in Health, Safety & Environment (OSHA and OHSAS 1800 1 2007 ) Regularly monitoring & preventing potential workplace safety hazards through routine inspections & training.
