Analyze client's technical needs and prepare customized proposal packages, with an understanding of their process and operations for the most suitable agitation solution. Develop testing plan and operational models for experimental pilot plants and demonstration plants while adhering to company HSE management system. Apply techniques of engineering analysis in testing and process performance evaluation.

Provide process support for Onsite projects including Process Selection, Front End Engineering
Deliverables, Detailed Engineering and Capital Cost Estimate. This includes preparing preliminary and detailed scope of work such as major equipment sizing & specification, control philosophy & control
narrative, procurement and project execution management. Contribute to projects from conceptual through start-up as a member of the project team consisting of both in-house and third party stakeholders.

Highlight of Accomplishments
• Provided and participated in the Preliminary Engineering & the Detailed Process Engineering for the 2012-2014 Syncrude MFT centrifuging Demonstration Plant with Capability to process 2, 100
tons/hr. of MFT dredgate.
• Developed the complete control philosophy documentation & control narrative documentation for the 2012-2014 Syncrude MFT centrifuging Demonstration Plant.
• Contributed in the development of the SDK, I/O list, major equipment & instrumentation list as well as assisted in the HMI functionality design, the network/control loop architecture and the PI
datalink reporting development for the 2012-2014 Syncrude MFT centrifuging Demonstration
Plant.
• Assisted in the commissioning, inspection, punch list development and Factory Acceptance testing for all centrifuge modules for the 2012-2014 Syncrude MFT centrifuging Demonstration Plant.
• Performed the process monitoring for all Lynx®1000 centrifuge modules with emphasis on plant
performance analysis, process optimization techniques and SQC charting.

process simulation, P&ID development, equipment and product specifications as well as safety reviews.

Highlight of Accomplishments
• Initiated the design/cost analysis for a versatile 80 gpm (BOX 80) greensand filtration and
Nanofiltration membrane system designed for optimum iron & manganese removal from groundwater
treatment.
• Completed the preliminary design and process selection including all the proposal steps for a 500 PE
turnkey submerged fixed film waste water treatment plant. The proposal/design included all pertinent
documents such P&IDs and major equipment specs for the following;Equalization and storage tank
system, submerged fixed film aerated bioreactor system, ultra-filtration membrane system, UV
disinfection system
• Conducted the wastewater membrane evaluation study where two wastewater membrane treatment
technologies were analyzed and compared following several testing scenarios.
• Conducted the Pilot plant and prepared the final analysis report for the Husky IIyodminster refinery
de-oiling pilot plant. The pilot plant uses a SiC ceramic membrane/filtration modules intended to treat the hydro-cyclone underflow water coming from the de-salter.

Performed process design and cost estimate to produce accurate, reliable and cost effective proposals to potential clients including major EPCM companies. Sized all water treatment process units and wastewater
packaged systems. Developed detailed process design documentations including process & instrumentation
diagrams, process flow diagrams, mass balance and equipment datasheets. Performed mixer sizing for
LIGHTNIN® mixers as well as the preparation of manuals and operating documents.

• Sized and supplied six (6) 10 HP LIGHTNIN® mixers for an acid waste neutralization project (WP
KOMEX)
• Designed and sized two (2) nanofiltration skids intended to produce 30 gpm of potable water as per
WHO standards (Nexen Yemen)
• Completed the preliminary design and sizing of a surface water treatment train capable to produce 50
gpm of treated water as per ASME guidelines for Once through Steam generator feedwater quality.

Highlights of Accomplishments
• Studied the operational impact of CERS (California Energy Resource Scheduling) long term
contracts versus real time market operation and real time pricing. This study helped upper
management to assess the market gain whenever an SC is subject to an uninstructed deviation.

Application Engineer and Technical Sales

Implemented water treatment programs for refineries and industrial plants. Monitored the chemical
treatment program for closed re-circulating cooling systems, BWT and fuel oil treatment. Evaluated the performance of heat exchangers with respect to scale, corrosion and biological fouling. Coordinated
relationships with Technical Department and key clients.

Highlights of Accomplishments
• Expanded the company presence in central KSA by starting up the new fireside treatment (Firemag
2900) . This action boosted the overall company regional sales by 25%.
• Monitored the Heat Transfer Efficiency of VC evaporator units with respect to precipitation fouling and particulate fouling.
