• Working closely with the infra network team on upcoming projects
• Managing vendors on site to do the task on time.
• Responsible for Wireless access, router and switch connectivity.
• Monitor connectivity in all major sites.
• Enabling internet connections to users on request.


Client Handled : Al Futaim Carillion

• Working closely with the Migration Team.
• Manage accounts of the users from old domain to new domain.
• Manage the Robocopy scripts for user’s data and day to day backup.
• Manage user accounts and email access in Office 365.
• Prepare the scripts for User Object Migration
• Responsible to manage the backup server. (Back up the server on weekly basis).
• Ensuring projects meet all the deadlines as per client.
• Assessing the specific areas on daily basis and maintaining report & records for the same on SharePoint
• Maintaining healthy team relations with the senior management.
• Coordinating with the Regional Support IT Manager for progress report, issues identification and resources allocation
