Developing new vendors through continuous searching, market intelligence over internet, newspaper, SEC vendor list and other market studies.
New vendors or New EPC contractors need to find and represent HHI for getting good business opportunities with them.
Generating differentiate report after comparing monthly Approved Vendor List for Transformer, GIS & Switchgear.
Generating full company report on the new EPC contractor which had been approved by SEC in Vendor List.
Send market report weekly to our HQ on industrial & economical of Saudi Arabia.
Coordination with the EPC contractors regarding the SEC projects Bid Opening Date or any extension of the projects, Projects including (LV 20 MVA Distribution), (MV 132KV) and (HV 380 KV and above 380) and PP (Power Plants).
Deep Knowledge regarding about performance and bid Bonds.
Generating weekly/monthly Analysis Report based on the Bid Closing Result from SEC on EPC contractors to my GM.
Generating quarterly/midyear & yearly based Report on the EPC contractors and report to my GM.
Maintaining excellent relationship with the EPC contractors and SEC and other customers.
Coordination with HQ and follow up on new queries, Outstanding payments, Performance Bond, Advance Payment and other issues.
Represent HHI with our HQ colleagues and visit new companies for the better business opportunities in Electro Electric Department.
Arrangements for HHI events in Jeddah, Dammam and Riyadh.

Dealing with our LIVE Merchants on daily basis regarding any query need to answer and support them.
Follow up with the Merchant regarding Integration and Documentation.
Attending Meeting with our new Merchants and Live Merchants for giving them Quality Customer Service.
Conducting technical presentations, providing training to merchants for their SME and Corporate back office accounts.
Deal with the Banks regarding Merchant documentation & follow up for the MID. Between Merchant and Banks to give them support regarding any financial mismatching.
Maintaining various reports to analyze the performance review of our LIVE Merchants and informed them how to increase the Accepted Ratio.
Internally need to complete the monthly targets for our LIVE and NEW Merchants.
Update Internally Excel sheets for updating the Team.
Dealing with customers and cooperation’s on phone and face to face.
Giving high quality customer service to the customers.
Follow up with the customer on daily basis.
Explain customers about what letter they need to release shipment E.g. SFDA (Saudi food and drug authority), CR (Commercial Registration), XL (explanation letter), MOI (Ministry of interior) etc.
Coordinate with the Riyadh customs and UPS customs in airport.
Dealing with operation and accounts department about custom duty and Bayan so we can deliver the shipment to the receiver.
Weekly report to my manager.

Cash administrator providing in person customer service.Taking customer complaints on phone and solving the issue as soon as possible.Cashing up all the tills and handling all cash in the safe.
Job responsibilities involved selling insurances to customers over the telephone and in person.Constant contact with customers throughout the application process and provide support and advice once the insurance is finalised.
