Currently working as a Advisor Geophysics in Middle Indus & Lower Indus basin (on Exploration & development-brown fields projects) and evaluation of New Venture blocks mainly comprises of Structural Play (fold and thrust belt) & Stratigraphic play (Conventional & Unconventional). My areas of responsibilities are complete acreage evaluation including 2D/3D seismic data interpretation integration with G&G dataset on regional scale & prospect level, bid round evaluation, data room visits, prospect generation/maturation up to drill able stage, CCRS mapping, geological risk assessment, petrophysical parameter evaluation, volumetric computation, economic assessment of project. In-house QI geophysics, facies analysis & petro-acoustic analysis, special G&G study seismic Inversion & AVO Analysis to de-risk the prospectivity
Worked as a Technical Leader Operated on Kutie basin (Mahakam Delta) deep offshore projects mainly comprises of Structural & Stratigraphic play in deep water turbiditic environment. My areas of responsibilities are complete license evaluation including 2D/3D seismic data interpretation with integration with available G&G dataset on regional scale & prospect level, bid round evaluation, data room visits, prospect generation/maturation, geological risk assessment, petrophysical parameter evaluation, volumetric computation, economic assessment of project, well preparation to trajectory designing and further for drilling stage and follow the drilling activities as per company Management System Guideline procedures, mentoring of local staff, budget proposal & presentation to HQ & Government for future work program in compliance with ENI MSG procedures.
1. Worked as an Technical Leader ENI S.P.A, HQ Italy to evaluate Miocene - Oligocene exploration potential in Mediterranean (Tuna discovery - clastic sedimentology) & Nile delta (later Zohar discovery - offshore).
2. Worked on Norway Barent Sea project License PL229E (evaluation of Triassic Havert formation prospectivity)
3. Worked on Libya projects (onshore asset - Sirte basin) evaluated Cratecous potential in central Graben & 3-D South area of Sirte basin (nearshore settings i-e, barrier bars, truncation play, etc).
4. Worked on South Iraq (Mesopotamian basin) Jurassic and Triassic sequence, carried out the seismic interpretation on 3D volumes of (Abdali, Rhaudatan, Sabryia) and 2-D data of Zubair, Rumalia, Ratqa, Ratawai, Suba, Nasriya, Diwan).
Worked as an Exploration Technical Leader ENI- NAOC in GULF OF GUINEA and NIGER DELTA, previously worked as a Exploration Technical Leader new venture projects mainly comprises of Structural & Stratigraphic plays in clastic environment. My Niger delta exploration experience span from swamp through shallow offshore to deep offshore areas. My areas of responsibilities are
• Perform 2D/3D/4D seismic data interpretation on field/Prospect scale and regional level to evaluate the new proposal & blocks Prospectivity.
• Supervise/co-ordinate G & G studies (PSM, Sedimentological, Biostratigraphic, well site study, AVO, Inversion-reservoir characterization & depth conversions etc)
• 2D/3D Seismic data Acquisition planning & QC and Processing QC.
• Geological risk assessment, fault seal analysis, low frequency analysis to predict HC zones, petrophysical parameters assessment, volumetric computation & project economics.
• Portfolio analysis & management. Prospect ranking, maturation of drillable prospect, pursue for economical assessment, Investigation of Shallow hazards, plan & optimize well trajectory & Geosteering for smooth drilling.
• Monitor and Follow up of well operations in order to optimize the best results.
• Correspondence with peers and partners, mentoring of local staff, present results and G&G evaluation outcomes to management/partners/government officials, propose G&G studies, follow up studies, do in-house special studies like Seismic data Inversion/AVO, locate/propose some drillable prospects & follow up drilling activities etc.
• Experience of tender documents preparation (Tender strategy, Scope of Work, etc.), Preparation of Invitation to Bid documents, Bid evaluation and routine correspondence with joint ventures & contractors.
