• Perform 2D/3D/4D seismic data interpretation on field/Prospect scale and regional level to evaluate the new proposal & blocks Prospectivity.
• Supervise/co-ordinate G & G studies (PSM, Sedimentological, Biostratigraphic, well site study, AVO, Inversion-reservoir characterization & depth conversions etc)
• 2D/3D Seismic data Acquisition planning & QC and Processing QC.
• Geological risk assessment, fault seal analysis, low frequency analysis to predict HC zones, petrophysical parameters assessment, volumetric computation & project economics.
• Portfolio analysis & management. Prospect ranking, maturation of drillable prospect, pursue for economical assessment, Investigation of Shallow hazards, plan & optimize well trajectory & Geosteering for smooth drilling.
• Monitor and Follow up of well operations in order to optimize the best results.
• Correspondence with peers and partners, mentoring of local staff, present results and G&G evaluation outcomes to management/partners/government officials, propose G&G studies, follow up studies, do in-house special studies like Seismic data Inversion/AVO, locate/propose some drillable prospects & follow up drilling activities etc.
