1. Performs all supervisory duties of the projects related to the construction and refurbishment work
2. Directs the preparation of the project proposal including scope development, analysis of alternates, budgeting and proposal development
3. Ensure that designs meet approved standards and specifications and that alternate designs or changes are economical, operable and meet safety, maintenance and schedule requirements.
4. Responsible for compliance to project controls and administration guidelines/procedures including those related to cost controls and forecasting, planning and scheduling, contract administration and materials control during project execution.
5. Responsible for maintenance project records including drawings, specifications, logs, financial reports and project correspondence.
6. Responsible for evaluation of contractor and sub-contractor performance and proposal evaluations.

Director, Activities Performed: Leading daily Site construction operations within schedule, budget & contract requirements attaining Company Objectives/Effectively managing field activities, staff & sub-contractors through sound planning, organizing, scheduling & Coordination/ Enforce and monitor the application of HSE & QA/QC Plans and coordination with concerned parties/ Providing constructability & Safety input into Engineering & Design/Review Method Statements, Schedules/Organizing and managing Staff, Plant & Manpower requirements/Coordinate with Planning Section, Project Cost Controllers, HR & Administrators/Participate in Progress & Coordination Meetings/ Leading site meetings with area C.M’s/ Participate in Progress, construction & Coordination Meetings/ Daily interaction, coordination with Client & Consultant.
