Responsibilities
•Responsible for management and process review of design proposals, work program, material submittals, method statements, shop drawings, payments, variation orders and claims etc.
•Plan all construction program and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met Evaluate project risks and control impacts.
•Preparation of Weekly & Monthly progress Report including areas of concerns and in consideration of procurement and Engineering activities
•Verify compliance to Contract, including Conditions and regulations, approve or deny adjustment as per change management procedures and audits. Ensure that all contractual and legal matters related to the projects are dealt with properly and promptly.
•Budgeting project and plan level 1 to level 4 project cash flow
•Monitoring, control and direction of staff/subcontractors work activities to ensure compliance with SOW during execution.
•Liaising with other departments at all meetings relative to project operations, to ensure that information affecting schedule and cost is continually up-dated
•Establishing and maintaining high level of stakeholder trust and confidence.

•test and commission of main Electrical components of Substation main-equipment such Current Transformer, Capacitive Voltage Transformer, Circuit Breaker, Isolator, Earth Switches
•Test of various Numerical protection relays of ABB, Siemens, General Electric, make having protections such as Differential Protection, Earth Fault, over current Thermal overload protection, under voltage and over voltage protections.
• VLF/ HV Tests for Power Cables rated up to 33kV
•Preparation of Inspection (RFI) schedule for consultant approval and compliance with necessary standards as per the client

•Check Planning of the work and efficient organization of the plant and site facilities to meet agreed deadlines
•Liaising with the local authority / Municipality / Civil Defense (where appropriate to the project i.e. Fire Alarm Cause and effect, BMS, HV/LV Packages) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws;
•Preparing and monitoring of Daily/weekly progress report
•Gain approved Electrical Shop Drawings, MEP- Coordination Drawings, Work method statement and Project Specification from
•Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site and maintain safe all construction HV/LV activities are carried out in accordance with the Company’s safety policies and procedures.
•Ensure all Electrical Containment, Cable / Wiring, Fittings, and accessories are available and approved by Inspection department prior to installation
