Responsibilities:
• Preparation of Extension of Time claims using Forensic Delay Analysis techniques such as: Impacted As-Planned, Collapsed as-Built, As Planned Vs As Built, Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and Window Analysis for advancing or defending construction claims. Identifying factors leading to Project Extensions and Timely notification of the same for Claim Analysis and preparation.
• Studying tender documents, project contract and drawings, analyzing data, studying project plan, budgeting the time required to meet established deadlines and preparing detailed activities scheduleagainst the required timeframes.
• Analyze project requirements with project team, develop the essential work activities in sufficient details to serve as a basis for developing realistic project schedules. Define, jointly with the project team, project work and cost breakdown structure, and develop and maintain properly linked, required resource
• Preparation of loaded/integrated project program that provides actual and forecast data; monitor project progress and regularly analyzes project critical paths to ensure all critical path activities and project milestones are progressed to the plan, notifies the Managers of any deviations.
