- Managing Changes in Project and effectively reviewing Contractor’s Claims and preparing delay analysis reports.

- Monitoring all major project milestones & support every team to keep their focus on “On Time” delivery.

- Provide recommendations for corrective action due to delays in certain aspects of the project.

- Assist & Guide team in preparing of Baseline Schedule, Critical Path Report, S Curve, Earned Value Report, dashboards, weekly and monthly reports to the client.

- Understand the risk on deliveries and support team to mitigate and close the risk as early as possible.

- Maintain the coordination between all stakeholders and keep them on same page to achieve planning goals.

- Review and sign off on all deliverables prior to submission to owner & client.

- Represent and drive Project Controls Policy, attend and guide client progress meetings.

- Preparation of Extension of Time claims using Forensic Delay Analysis techniques such as: Impacted As-Planned, Collapsed As-Built, As Planned Vs As Built, Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and Window Analysis for advancing or defending construction claims. Identifying factors leading to Project Extensions and Timely notification of the same for Claim Analysis and preparation.

- Analyse project requirements with project team, develop the essential work packages in sufficient details to serve as a basis for developing realistic project schedules and develop and maintain required resources

- Part of the team handling an arbitration case between the main contractor and of the subcontractors. The case was examined by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the case was held in favour of the My Company.

- Preparation of Extension of Time claims using Forensic Delay Analysis techniques. Identifying factors leading to Project Extensions and Timely notification of the same for Claim Analysis and preparation.

- Monitoring projects progress, preparing status reports, updating work schedule and preparing lookahead programs.

- Developing Key Performance Indicators KPIs and finding ways to achieve them with high efficiency and effectiveness.

Preparation of loaded, integrated & revised project program that provides actual and forecast data; monitor project progress and regularly analyses project critical paths to ensure all critical path activities and project milestones are progressed to the plan and notify the Managers of any deviations.

- Execute assigned works in accordance with approved design, procedures, material & contract conditions and make sure to adhere to requirements of project QSHE.

- Document and Report accurately project statistics, site costs, provisions, and any data that is required for periodic internal and external reporting.

- Managing site activities, machinery, material and manpower to achieve required daily progress.

- Providing technical assistance to site supervisors.

- Manage & Audit subcontractors’ payments and preparation of interim and final accounts.

- Advise on contractual matters and ensure completeness and validity of contractual requirements.

- Check and record amount of work done and prepare the necessary variations.

- Studying, preparation & submission of tender documents, scope of works & specifications and discuss any ambiguity with supervisor to ensure a clear understanding of the project.

- Coordinate with the other departments in order to obtain necessary information.

- Request for quotations in conjunction with the procurement department, recommend specific suppliers/subcontractors when needed, analyse and compare received quotations based on defined specifications to pick-up the most suitable ones.

- Maintain professional communication channels with the client/owner in order to get and/or provide clarifications regarding any relevant ambiguities in related tenders.

- Supervising infrastructure works, undertaking surveys, setting out sites and organizing facilities.

- Review IFC drawings, ensure projects meet the agreed specifications, budgets and timescales.

- Preparing site reports and ensure that health and safety policies are adhered to.
