• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
• Management and resolve customer complaints
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
• Research required information using available resources
• Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
• Route calls to appropriate resources
• Follow up customer calls where necessary
• Complete call logs and reports
• Other duties as assigned
• Professional in Ms 2007-2016(Outlook, word, excel, Power Point, etc).
Strong understanding of Ethernet, TCP/IP routing.
Network packet analysis tools use and configuration.
Installing new hardware (servers, printers, computer workstations, etc)
Overseeing security of all systems, especially the internet, & installing antivirus protection
Fixing network faults, network maintenance, Setting up user accounts, permissions & passwords
Configuration and testing of any new hardware and software
TCP/IP networking and hardware maintenance and repair
Setup Vlans, Trunk and STP and configuring L2 and L3 Switches, CDP, DNS and LLDP
Configuring routing protocols (OSFP, Eigrp, BGP, HSRP, and advanced OSPF)
