Responsibility:-
 Responsible of all Capital Market Authority Reports for all kasb funds & portfolios.
 Prepare and work on Cash Flow.
 Issue the financial statement with the external auditor.
 Prepare and submit VAT tax.
 Managing all the operations for projects :-
- 4 Equity Funds /projects with up to 100 Million SAR
- 2 Public real estate Funds /projects ( kasb city - furas ) with up to 600 Million SAR
- 2 Private real estate Funds /projects with up to 200 Million SAR
- 3 private equity funds /projects with up 1 billion SAR
- DPMs .
 Responsible for Custody service and administration for AlRajhi REIT fund /project.
 Responsible for Custody service and administration for Private Real Estate funds /projects.
 Managing all Investment & Bank accounts For funds /projects and clients.
 Managing all subscriptions and redemptions for funds /projects.
 Responsible for Review Terms and Conditions for new funds /projects.
 Establishing system of processing in Department.
 calculate and transferee the dividend semiannual For ( kasb dividend fund /project )
 calculate and transferee partial liquidation for ( kasb furas real estate fund /project )
 Managing the liquidation of an equity fund /project ( kasb saving & investment fund /project)
 Managing the liquidation of 2 Private real estate funds /projects.
 Participating in IPO of ( arab sea company & alwatania company at NOMU- parallel market
 Work in CMA inspections for kasb 2 times in 2014 & 2018
 Managing omnibus account ( clients account )

 Calculate Net Asset Value Reports for 10 funds /projects and 5 DPMS .
