 Achievements: Increase productivity of slitting line by 20% and drywall line by 10% through proper utilization of manpower, reducing setup frequency and cycle-time, and reduce gaps between stations

- Increased Tippers assembly Productivity by 30% from 4.5 tippers per day to six tippers daily

 Achievement: PEPSI Star Award due to the good results of Warehousing KPIs, and the good operations management of Makkah region five distribution centers - year 2007
 Applied PEPSI systems of M&W for excellence (Manufacturing & Warehousing), and tracked the KPIs: productivity, inventory level, inventory quality, damages and breakages, and overtime
 Worked with Sales and Product availability section to schedule the receive and delivery of goods, and ensured maintaining optimal inventory levels to fulfil customer needs and minimize out of stock cases (OOS)
 Conducted time and motion studies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity

 Achievement: Developed the MRP system, quality standards, and production chapter in the locally developed ERP
