Work Description
· Having comprehensive knowledge about the disbursement process with all the developers for secondary and primary markets.
· Active participation in all major Dubai/Abu Dhabi real estates, property exhibitions. Offering ADCB's wide range of products and services for HNI clients.
· Managing relationship with ADCB Excellency HNW customers for mortgage loan and providing loan counseling as well resolve their queries if any.
· Maintain detailed database of HNW customers and follow up after getting pre-approval or approval for final execution or disbursement of the Home loan. Get new business from brokers and developers after providing professional services to their clients.
· Identifying potential resources and establishing relationship with business houses and institutions to develop and sell banking products (Mortgage Loan and Refinance) through new business network program.
· Coordinating with Operation Department for immediate sales approval.
· Analyze market conditions and contribute to the decisions and development of business strategies.
· Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and source new clients by relying heavily on referral networks.
(Wealth Management- Bancassurance)
Job purpose:
§ To plan and carry out direct marketing and sales activities, so as maintain and develop sales of all wealth products, in accordance with the agreed business plans.
§ To achieve the sales targets and maintain low claw back ratio.
Principal duties and responsibilities:
· To identify potential customers and plan and carry out marketing/sales activities for banc assurance products and other wealth management products to customer.
· To provide and maintain, on an ongoing basis, a daily sales report, figures, forecasting and any other records of sales and performance.
· To perform daily activities that includes: daily meet 2 new prospective clients and fact finds.
· Profile each and every customer met to understand their needs and provide appropriate financial solutions.
· Ensuring all compliance and bank guides are met and maintaining acceptable portfolio quality.
· `Gathering market intelligence on competitor products ensuring awareness about about competitor offering.
· Manage claw back ratios and ensure that the plans claw backs are minimized and within acceptable limits, ensure adherence to the collection policy for the respective types of plans.
· To provide customers service which exceed the customers' expectations by delivering an unbiased, competent, timely and problem free service for all their wealth management and banking needs.
· To ensure FGB/Central bank/AML regulations are adhered to.
· Motivate, train, direct and develop field force.
· Strengthen and upgrade the performance of field force.
· Assist field manager for sitting goals in the areas of production, persistency, .
· Set annual and quarterly performance compared to established goals and standard.
