In my current role, I manage a team of six relationship managers, who under my direction are currently the top performing relationship management team in central London.

Over the last year, combined revenue within my team has increased by 45%, new to bank acquisitions have increased by 40% and the team has ensured that its portfolio of clients has exceeded expected retention levels.

Within the first few months of this position, I have introduced a weekly appraisal system for my team. I would sit down with each team member and discuss their previous week's performance, celebrate
successes and discuss ways of overcoming challenges that they had met. The process has ensured that target fulfillment currently stands at 135%.
