• Played a pivotal role in formulating and implementing a strategic business development plan by means of competitor analysis, market research, team performance, sales budget and thus computed pragmatic sales target for enhancing market share.
Key Responsibilities :
• Maneuvering and implementing competent strategies with a view to penetrate new/existing relationships for marketing of various investment/financial products, like Labor Guarantee, WPS solutions and B2B business.
• Regularly reviewing client’s portfolios, monitoring performance of investments and ensuring that they remain within the client’s profit objectives and risk profile with a strong focus on suitability.
• Evaluating prospective clients with focus on key risk indicators and credit/market risk exposures, measurement techniques, and recommending and routing the file to credit authority with strict conformance to assigned TAT.
• Administering entire credit management function i.e. credit structuring/appraisal, maintaining zero bad debts exposure, documentation, reviewing and stimulating the customers constantly to maintain a healthy portfolio.
• Resolving key client queries in an expedited manner, promoting sustained revenue growth through client retention, referral generation, and leveraging cross-sales opportunities.
• Coordinating with different ancillary functions for support required to improve customer service and client satisfaction, handling various customer satisfaction operations to upgrade services.
• Keeping the seniors abreast by providing comprehensive MIS reports, and advising on maximizing business relationships and enhancing customer service, channel management and relationship management.
• Facilitating implementation and execution of various campaigns to promote the products and services offered by the organization, maintaining a formal follow-up and updating the customers of such events.
• Offering strategic inputs to Head - Retail Finance in formulations of new/development of existing procedures, proactively identifying any opportunity to cross sell commercial finance, retail finance and Insurance products.
