o Ensure coordination with air, ocean, transportation and Customs Operations Team

o Coordinating with the Oil and Gas Operations Team by assisting in local operations, billing and document maintenance

o Responsible for expediting invoices to the customer with necessary customs documents

o Assists in implementing and understanding any new requirements from the customers

o Proactively provide updates to the Department Manager on the
progress of the bills based on daily reports

o Maintaining and handling the SOA (Statement of Account) for specific customers which carefully shared to the Finance Department

o Coordination on export and import process for respective mode of transport and assists in sending pre-alerts and generates HS Code Summary

o Follows up and maintain balance on the unbilled invoices as well as unsubmitted files

o Has knowledge for E-Mirsal II related online applications, Dubai Municipality and Dubai Trade portals

Job Description
o Responsible in receiving and verifying the authentication of shipping documents from the principals through the Supply Chain Executives.
o Coordinates and / or communicates to the respective agents in the Shipping companies for the ETA and any queries of each consignment.
o Prepares the required FIRS (Food Import and Re-Export System) through Dubai Municipality Portal for Sea, Air and Road food consignments and checking the DM Status online.
o Managed to coordinate with the Dubai Municipality agent for the inspection.
o Maintaining adequate Road consignment Monthly Tracking Sheet.
o Carefully monitoring and organizing Daily Inbound schedules and sending it prudently to particular persons in the company (e.g. Warehouse personnel, Supply Chain executives, Transporter) and communicating effectively in a timely manner to maintain the expected and required free time for the clearance.
o Consolidates monthly reconciliation for Dubai Customs' CDR Account and coordinates with the company's central finance for the payment.
o Encodes and maintains the files chronologically and important documents of business correspondence.
o Ensures that the vital records were properly updated in the excel sheets and keeping it accurately as per month for future references (e.g. Import consignment Schedules, Transport Records and Clearing Charges)
o Responsible for the E-Mirsal II related online applications in particular for the Bill of Entry passing for both Import and Export Consignment.
