متابعة ومراجعة المستندات والتي تشمل المستندات المالية ، مستندات السفر ، الخطابات.
* إعداد التقارير الشهرية فيما يخص الحضور والغياب.
* إعداد مستندات التعيين وإنتهاء الخدمة.
* متابعة يقية المستندات.
* الإهتمام ومباشرة العمل اليومي للسكرتارية.
•Participates in the in the generation of recruitment, employment plan.
•Processes personnel requisitions forms for job advertisement.
•Contact dept to submit final short-lists and arranges for per-interview tests.
•Follows up approvals of employment form concerned authorities.
•Updates Manpower planning reports regularly and negotiates pay and salary rates.
•Finalize arrangements between Company and candidates.
