Reporting to the Team Leader of the oil and gas division
Assisting with all open vacancies from clients, advertising and sourcing potential candidates.
Business Development to contact new clients.
Experience of filling both temporary and permanent roles, whether direct hire or contract staff positions.
Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts - Oil and Gas job search/Gulf talent.
Headhunting potential candidates by using online websites, RDB database and Linked In - Oil and Gas job search/Gulf talent, finding the best suited candidates for the position.
I use the RDB Database to upload all candidates’ details and arrange new files for newly mobilised staff.
Receiving and reviewing applications of candidates CV’s, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client.
Brief potential candidates with responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.
Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants.
Check references and suitability of applicants before referring to employers.
Organising interviews for candidates who are shortlisted as requested by the client and afterwards informing the successful candidate with the results of the interview, also coordinate with unsuccessful candidates.
Once a candidate is successfully shortlisted I then negotiate pay and salary rates and finalise contracts.
Responsible for authorising CPNF forms (Contractors Personnel Nomination Form) to our clients for all contract staff.

•Responsible for the HR function within the NDIA - New Doha International Airport. For Projects CP133, CP19 and CP6201.

•Design and implementation of a company-wide performance management system that is linked to the core vision and objectives of the business. Provision of on-going consultation to management on performance related issues.
•Delivery of training to employees on a regular basis - e.g. induction training - Loto training and Work at Height training.
•Personal Assistant to the Project Director on site; issued memos to staff, arranged his meetings and kept his calendar updated daily and also dealt with any administrative duties.
•I lead team meetings for higher management on a daily basis, took the minutes of meetings.
