Recovery Executive
Accountabilities: * Personal Loans & Auto Loans delinquency accounts starting from early stages till back end levels.
* Blocking and unblocking of delinquent accounts.
* Following up with human resources of customer's employers regarding end of service benefits & employment status.
* Collecting necessary information and analyze the defaulter cases in order to seek approval and initiate appropriate actions.
* Preparing settlement plans for customers based on proper analysis of their financial position.
* Submitting periodical MIS reports to update the Unit Management and enable decision making.
* Sustaining customer relationship with the organization
* Training all new staff in collection about how to handle all the above in competency and professionally manner and our system.
* Achieving assigned recovery targets in order to contribute to the bank's financial performance.
* Issuing liability letter/ NOC of different product (personal loan, car loan, credit card, current account)
* Handling amendments in personal loan & auto loan by obtaining fresh documentation, fresh security chq, PDC, & contact details to assure maintaining risk free process.
* Anticipate customers' queries and solving their problems.
* Fill in all security chq for the PLA requested cases.

• Diploma at word, excel, power point from sudatel institute in Khartoum Sudan. • Bechalore in Medical laboratory science. • Cambridge international college BA English Administration (final term not completed yet)
