Position : International Purchasing Manager. I'm working with Negl Alhaj Trading Group, Taiz, Republic ofYemen International Purchasing Manager - Importing specialist :-
• Communicate with manufacturers/suppliers to provide all required registration documents to the agent and review them, and also persuade the supplying factories to produce an exclusive agency authorization letter for the agent, the Commitment, certificates ofanalysis, and registration documents for the product to be imported according to the laws and the agent's request, and to ensure that they carry the same data and the same compositions and present them to the technical department for verification and signature.
• Sending all orders to several suppliers in order to obtain the lowest price, excellent quality, and the required specifications.
• Following up on designers and supervising the design labels ofcustomized product labels.
• Follow up the production stages and take confirmations from the factories and suppliers to ensure that the products are ofexcellent quality and also purchase according to the customer's request in all aspects.
• Regarding the required orders, the manufacturers or suppliers are contacted directly, but before starting, the department official or manager is checked to know what is required, and then the manufacturers or suppliers are communicated so that all requirements are met and they are followed up automatically until everything is confirmed to be the same Completely required.
• Follow up with manufacturers/suppliers to send pictures ofready-made products immediately after production and request analysis and inspection ofthem by external laboratories such as SGS.
• Following up with international shipping companies lies to coordinate and arrange the shipping ofproducts by sending all orders to several shipping companies in order to obtain the lowest price quote for sea freight costs, then coordinating communication between the factory and the shipping company that was chosen to ship the products.
• Request the required shipping documents from the factory/suppliers to clear the cargo and review them .
• Follow up and trace the cargo during their shipment until it arrive at the destination port.
• Supervising and arranging the customs clearance process when the cargo arrive at the destination port.
• Supervising and arranging the process oftransporting cargo from the destination port until they arrive at the agent's warehouses.
