Handling passport unit (i.e. UAE passport renewal and cancellation), UAE passport renewal
and AMEEL Service.
• Handling Passport originating from American Embassy for visa stamping.
• Communicating USA Embassy staff for anything related to Visa Applications and Passports.
• Providing airway bill number for each passport issued by American Embassy.
• Prepare various reports as required by the CEO.
• Handling DHL international shipment and using operating their system.
• Develops and maintains departmental files, documents and data files.
• Responsible in contacting appropriate staff for deliveries of shipment and managing call
logs.
• Handing and responding to emails and inquiries from Empost branches.
• Dispatching local shipments to other branch and marketing route list.
Proficiency in dealing with Dhabi system in data entry and processing all customs
transactions
• Review and identify the customs documentation requirements
• Process the different type of customs forms required for Import & Transit & Export and re-
export
• Calculating and processing duties and taxes to be paid
• Handle good working relationship with customs authorities and all customers.
Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
• Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing.
• Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
• Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting and deleting.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
