- Establishing and keeping up to date the Service Continuity requirements of the Bank, formulating solutions to meet these requirements and monitoring them in line with changing business needs.
- Managing and maintaining the Service Continuity Management and Recovery Plans.

• Performed Security Incident Response Analysis in which I reviewed an incident and came up with a solution by providing procedures and guidelines to solve or mitigate incident impact.
• Collaborated with security monitoring system team that monitors many different networks for different government sectors to alert them when any incident or events happen.
• Created and set up a penetration testing lab to examine new vulnerabilities, evaluate impacts on individuals and community, and how to solve or mitigate those impacts.

• Upgraded billing system that was operated by Comptel System to use Perl language instead of a language that Comptel created for old version.
• Collaborated to make changes to billing system code from old language to Perl.
