Responsible for the development and project management of publications and presentations; simultaneously managing multiple long- and short-term projects including research studies, Corprate ads, invitations, brochures, Magazines, Pamplets, marketing collateral, newsletters, etc.; working directly with clients to create page layouts and implement multiple rounds of edits, maintaining a high degree of quality control through self-proofing, blueline review and style guide adherence, and preparing files for vendor printing
As a Designer Head, responsibilities included leading training sessions and mentoring junior staff (including a dedicated design assistant)
Lead a project team focused on creating and maintaining a comprehensive templates and library archive
Distributing the work to the team members (team size: 10) and preparing schedules for each team member.
Requirement analysis through various level of discussion with clients and developers.
Designing Videos, Websites, Brochures, Posters, Logos and Stationary designs.
Designing user interface screens and icons for applications/products.
Designs for interactive presentations and Ad campaigns.
Concept and Story board creations for Web (Brochure/Micro websites, Banners, Newsletters and E-mailers) Print (Brochures, Flyers, Banners etc., )

Responsible for the direct supervision of a team of seven graphic designers; Management duties include oversight of team’s productivity and workload balancing, adherence to quality control processes; Ensuring consistent, high-quality service by developing and maintaining strong relationships with primary customers of the team, and creating/monitoring annual, quarterly, and project budgets
Responsible for design and production of the firm’s high-end collateral, including annual marketing campaigns/sales kits, annual report covers, and firm’s quarterly newsletter
Hiring, training, and onboarding new designers
Downloading the files Directly the Client.
Ensure that the target of the Job achieved on day to day basis.
Uploading the Complete files after Quality Checking.
Trouble shooting the queries raised by the team members.
