Positive Bags(Load ) receiving from Mother Hub, and sorting bags according to destination so that it can be loaded in that pattern.(Air Load)
NDD and SDD bags should be sorted properly and connection should be given immediately without fail as these bags are priority bags.
Ensure all bags Handover by Mother Hub should be connected at day end.
Maintain floor pendency should be ‘0’
Circulating daily day end reports to all the area managers, territory Mangers and Country Head like Floor pending report, Outbound report, TMS Cut off report.
Handling Team requirements, Like short salary receiving, attendance, leave etc.
Load should be forwarded as per TMS connection (ERP).
Load forwarding should not breach TMS cut off.
