1- Recruiting and Selection:
Assist, and coordinate the hiring process as per the requirements of both Head Office and projects
Perform space and resource planning and ensure that required resources are available to new inductees
2- Administrations:
Ensure the HR MIS is fully updated and keep abreast if any changes occur
Ensure the leave management system is maintained and updated
Ensure the maintenance of personal records of all employees including key supporting information on each employee and consultant working at HASHOO FOUNDATION’s head office and projects according to the requirements of the organization. Analyze and share required information on need basis
3- Compensation and Benefit:
Ensure Payroll administration and timely submission to finance department complied with the organization’s policy
4- Performance appraisal:
Ensure the performance appraisal process duly with HF guidelines
Coordinate with HR in Head Office to conduct annual employee performance appraisal.

5- Employee Relations:
Ensure that potential problems are identified and corrective actions are made and implemented in time
Develop and communicate all HR related reports on time
Ensure efficient coordination with project based HR focal persons and oversee compliance of HASHOO FOUNDATION. policies and procedures related to HR at project levels
6- Training and Development:
Ensure that employees skills and experiences are well parallel to the organization's needs
Identifying training needs of employees through TNA
Facilitating employees in getting appropriate training
7. Exit:
Follow up with handing/taking over processes immediately upon employee quits
Take exit interview
Ensure the clearance is completed
Carry out full and final settlements
Develop an appropriate alphanumeric filing system for CEO office in consulting with CEO
Keeping track of key decision of management meetings and updating their status accordingly
