-Certify that all submittals are in compliance with contract requirements.
-Review plans and specifications to ensure requirements are met for each construction process.
-Provide documented evaluations, assessments, and CQC assistance to staff and subcontractor personnel.
-Review all catalog cuts and material submittals for compliance with plans and specifications.
-Ensure all water, soil, materials, and mechanical systems testing are conducted by approve personnel and/or approved testing facilities.
-Distribute written inspection/test results to appropriate agencies.
-Ensure effective and timely preventive and corrective actions are taken and recurrence of problems are eliminated or minimized.
-Maintain and submit hazardous material reports to government environmental office.
-Conduct pre final inspections/ establish punch list if required/ ensure all deficiencies are corrected.
-Coordinate and conduct final inspections with government contracting and civil engineer personnel.
-Execute project closeout and deliverables. And verify all project closeout documents are delivered, coordinate with Project Managers for final payment to the owner.
-Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of the project closeout.

Organizing, Planning, and prioritizing work - developing specific goals and plans to prioritize,
organize & accomplish work construction projects up to quality standard and budget.
-Preparation of the project management plan including scope managements plans requirement
management planning scheduling cost management process improvement, manpower resources plan,
communication plan, risk management, procurement management, stakeholder management and
quality management plan.
-Controlling the project cash flow.
-Provides professional development of staff reporting directly to Operations Support Manager,
including conduction of performance appraisal for staff merits for a job well done.
-Implementation of approved construction schedules, implementing revisions, and takes all necessary
action for the recovery schedule.
-Monitor and improve production and efficiency of work force.
-Continuous monitoring of material orders, planning, material stocks availability, housekeeping, safety
requirements, quality executions, timely billing, change orders, as built, submittals etc. to ensure
smooth and profitable operations.
-Provides weekly project report with updates and progress reports, action plans, updates
communication with the clients/consultant
-Coordinating the work activities and establish a strong working relationship with the client - sub
contractors and consultants.
-Interacts with Operations Manager, Superiors and Unit Heads in Head Office to tackle and resolve
site issues.
-Developing team building to encourage and built mutual trust and camaraderie, respect and
cooperation among team members with the entire project organization.

ARAMCO Hawiya Gas Plant ROADS & Camp Backfilling & Asphalting - Tamimi
Backfilling 5 million m3 of roads and the residential area, Asphalting Work for Main
roads & internal roads (150, 000 m2)..
- Simplify the Asphalt working procedure for this project:
• Performing subgrade preparation. Fill all depressions, level the surface, remove all unsuitable
materials and replace with materials approved by Saudi Aramco.
• Compact the subgrade according to the requirements in SAES-A-114 Section 6.3.1.1 and 6.3.2.5
(ARAMCO STANDARD)
• The entire subgrade was compacted to not less than 95% of the maximum dry density per ASTM D
1557 or AASHTO T180 at 1.5% of the optimum moisture content or to 85% of relative density
determined by ASTM D4253 and ASTM D4254.
• Installed approved Base course materials and compacted to not less than 95% & 100% of the
maximum laboratory dry density as determined by ASTM D1557 or ASSHTO T180
• The Asphalt concrete paving was as per the requirements in of SAES-Q-006 (Clause: 5.5.1)
ARAMCO King Abdul-Aziz Culture World Center - Saudi Oger Subcontracting.

2nd Project: As a project Manager at King Fahd University of Petroleum & Mineral building The Commercial and Recreational Complex, the position includes: handling the implementation of the project, defining project tasks and resource requirements, assembling and coordinate project staff, planning and scheduling project timelines, communicating and liaising with site engineers, subcontractors, consultants, co-workers and clients, managing budgets and other project resources, checking and approving reports, reviewing and approving project drawings and as-builts drawings, issuing monthly invoices, variation orders and change orders, scheduling material and equipment purchases and delivery, running weekly meetings to discuss projects development, ensuring that a project runs smoothly and that the structure is completed on time and within budget, correcting any project deficiencies that affect production, insuring quality and safety requirements .

1st Project: Marriott courtyard Hotel "32 Stories Tower" .. Riyadh - KSA"
Review contractor submittals, review design documents and drawings and coordinate with discipline engineers, coordinate with Contract Supervisors to ensure that the required technical submittals are obtained from contractors and reviewed in a timely manner, participate in construction progress meetings, review and respond to contractors technical queries and coordinate with Engineering Department on technical issues, maintain project safety awareness and enforce company safety policy, participate in final inspection and prepare "punch lists", make field inspections on repair works and release hold points, participate in preparation of technical features of V.Os & Change Orders, supervise quantity take-offs, review contractor's monthly invoices, monitor contractor inspection and quality control programs, review invoices, and as-builts drawings.
