• Lead & Supervised the QS team, engineers & draftsmen.
• Prepared the breakdown & Work measurements to submit monthly payment certificates to the Main Contractor.
• Coordinated with the Estimation & Commercial department at Head office for the variances in scope.
• Prepared the cumulative work measurement reports for the entire site electrical scope.
• Handled the payment invoices of the sub-contractors based on the work approval from consultant.
• Supervised the direct execution done by our site team as well as sub-contractor scope, performed regular inspections on site to check the quality of work, volume of work and quantities.
• Prepared the work measurement report distinguishing approved work, executed work and remaining work to estimate the completion, execution and approved work, in order to assist the planning manager in updating the progress and plan for further.
• Controlled the duplication of work among the sub-contractors and our site team execution.
• Reported to the Project Controls Manager, Project Manager and Cost Commercial Head in order to discuss the flow of work as per schedule and cost baselines.
• Assisted the planning manager in monitoring and controlling the manpower histogram and cash flows.
• Assisted the planning manager in monitoring & updating the resources & activities profile.
• Coordinated with the third party cost consultant and main contractors’ QS team in order to get approval for the payment certificates submitted every month and resolved the issues or conflicts related to the work measurement report, quantities or breakdown percentage, either for the previous or current quantities in the payment certificates which are submitted.
• Handled the BOQ, Quantity reports and maintained the list of items, quantities, scopes, variances, and addendums in the main scope and also the temporary or additional works added in the scope during the holy months (Ramadan & Hajj Scope).

Low Voltage Scope (Site)
• Lead & supervised the execution of Low Voltage Network for the entire site which includes Landscape Lighting, External Lighting, Low Voltage Supply to Buildings LV/Electrical Rooms from 1st fix to final fix.
• Installation of Cables, testing of Cables, Cable Terminations and Supply to the distribution network.
• Installation of Feeder Panels (Connected Load: 30 kVA to 100 kVA) for the entire External Scope (Landscape Lighting, External Lighting, Main Gates, Secondary Gates, Buildings LV Panels & Distribution Boards in LV/Electrical Room \{Rated: 300kVA to 1250 kVA\}).
• Installation of Lighting Fixtures (Spike Light, Bollard Light, Decorative Lights, Up Lights, Down Lights, Steps Lights, Power Rated: 15W to 150W) & Lighting Poles (7mts & 10mts, Power rated: 150 to 250W), twelve types of Landscape Lighting Fixtures and 10 types of External Lighting Poles (For Street Lights, Roads, and Parking Area & Depot).
• Installation of Cables for Fence Camera Points, Electrical Outlets for Blue stations Emergency points.
• Cables fault by Baur Equipment (Fault tracing Equipment) and Cable Joints.
• Testing & Commissioning, Preliminary & Final Handing Over.
Medium Voltage Scope (Site)
• Installation of Cables, Hi-pot testing of Cables, Cable Terminations and Supply to the distribution network.
• Installation of Package Substations, Switchgears & Transformers.
• Testing & Commissioning of MV equipment (Transformers, Switchgears & Package Substations).
• Cables fault by Baur Equipment (Fault tracing Equipment) and Cable Joints.
As QC
• Performing Site Inspections for the entire Low Voltage & MV scope from 1st fix to final fix (RFI, RFT & WIR) respectively after the execution and also simultaneously making Material Inspections (MIR) for the delivered materials to get the approvals from the consultant.
• Clarification of comments and notes in RFI, RFT, MIR & WIR (Work, Testing & Material Inspections Documents) given by the consultant.
• Closing of Site Instructions, Non Conformance reports raised by the consultant.
• Revising the inspections to take the approval of consultant for rejected or disapproved inspection reports.
• Proposals and approvals for the site clarifications if any site modifications are needed.
• Closing the snags and comments and preparing for preliminary handover, prior to final handover.
