After architectural design submission I am responsible to lead tender procedure for assigned project in the name of the client.
To follow all tender procedure and analyze received tender proposals.
To make detailed report with analysis, at the end of each tendering procedure, propose to the client the best contracting company that meets his requirements.
After client approval, I am building a team that will monitor the works at the site, I am responsible to follow the project schedule of time and cost for each building site and solve problems arising during construction, whether due to insufficient information in the project, the client wish to change the project design or part of it, etc.

As a Head of Interior design department I was conducting meetings with clients, understanting their requirements, assigning suitable architect to work on design, following progress of work and reassuring that design will meet client needs. Also, after submission of the design, I was responsible to follow construction sites and contractor site development.
