- Develop Basis of Design (BOD), Scope of Work (SOW), deliverables list and technical requirement for
FEED contractor
- Review all deliverables of instrumentation, control system and telecommunication and electrical, i.e.
Philosophy, Specification (DCS/ESD/FGS/SCADA, field instrument, custody/non-custody metering,
HIPPS, WHCP), drawing and layout, calculation
- Provide technical requirement and adopt into philosophy and specification documents
- Scheduling, coordination and approved all deliverable before submission to Client
- Attend and provide justification for HAZOP & SIL Assessment
- Overall technical integrity of facility (Hull and Topside) instrumentation, control and automation
systems, taking full account of safety, reliability, availability and operational & maintenance
requirements
- Monitoring and ensuring quality, compliance and consistency of instrumentation control and
automation content of FLNG FEED project package and deliverables
- Check & Review Requisition, Vendor offer and Technical Bid Evaluation for all field Instrumentation
- Vendor system packages (Process Gas Compressor Module, Gas Turbine Generator, EDG, N2, Generation, GDU, Chemical Injection, IA Compressor, Produced Water Conditioning, etc.)
- Instrument Index, Instrument Data Sheets/ Specification and Requisition Preparation for some various field instrument
- Attend Witnessed (FAT) for Control Valve, Emergency Shutdown Valve, Analyzer System
- Working with Yokogawa DCS Centum CS and SDV/BDV system for loop and logic test for utilities and process area, CCC Anti-Surge/performance compressor Controller, Bently Nevada 3300 Vibration Monitor System
Fuzzy Logic analysis for HVAC system
