• Recruitment - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications with assistance from supervisor, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, initial screening of candidates.
• Preparation of staff payroll
• Record keeping/Personnel file updates - To ensure files are updated by tracking them once a week (for new joiners) and once in 2 weeks for existing employees - maintain electronic & manual records
• Assist supervisor in preparing administrative instructions & reports relating to HR as per instructions from supervisor
• Ensuring insurance policies in place: staff medical, workmen’s compensation, travel & vehicle insurance.
• Organizing company events for employees.
• Responsible for up keeping of Administration and HR files/Reports & safekeeping of company original documents.
• Handle admin related activities like maintaining records for company equipments, weekly MSP and other related reports.
Oversee all employee-related practices, such as recruitment, termination, benefits, and employee relations and solve potential issues associated with them.
Supervise day-to-day administrative operations to maintain and reinforce good communication with all operations employees.
Conceive and implement a professional HR development plan to ensure high productivity and regulatory compliance.
Interfacing with Management and Heads of Department for implementing HR policies & procedures in line with core organizational objectives
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Perform analysis of hiring needs; develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
Support in all compensation programs, including performance-based annual bonus, performance management process, salary reviews, salary surveys, job analysis and evaluation and reward & recognition.
Identify and recommend improvements to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale building.
Handle confidential matters with discretion.
Conduct employee on-boarding and help organize training & development initiatives
Oversee and manage on all HR Administrative related tasks.
• Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
•Process and maintain Human Resources personnel files for all staff employee, classifications. Responsible for retention and archiving of all personnel records.
• Filing employee documents in personal files of each employee (Manual & E-Filing) for easy retrieval and for audit and legal purposes.
• Handling and processing complete health insurance for employees & dependents.
• Analyzing the training need after the yearly assessment process
• Coordination with the PRO for employment visas and processing labor cards/work permits.
• Assist in monitoring employee performance appraisal program.
• Coordinate and/or facilitate special projects as needed
• Prepared Organization Chart on VISIO.
• Preparing visa letters, salary certificates, service certificates, no objections letters and loan letters.
• Other duties as assigned
• Good knowledge about UAE Labor Law.
I did my internship from Larsen and Toubro (L&T), Sharjah in learning and development department. Handling responsibility of training, organizational development and organizational behavior, schedule learning and development programs, events and associated briefing, coaching and other sessions. Coordinate all associated program: Briefings, calendar entries, monitoring, participant communications, distributing program materials etc. Preparing presentations, Survey Reports etc. Taking care of all the training programs from starting process to end.

1- I have completed B.TECH in Electronics & Communication Engineering with 72.08% from BBS College of Engineering & Technology, Allahabad in 2011. 2-I was elected as the best student of my branch Electronics and I was amoung the three toppers of my branch. 3-I have secured the highest marks in some subjetcs in the entire branch. 4-I have won different prizes in College Fest,Debate competition,Collage Competition. 5-I have done summer training from BRICS,IIT Kanpur.
