As a Mechanical lead l assisted my employer during the installation of Master valve, without this valve export operation cannot take and this will placed the company in a high risk of paying demurrage to the incoming tanker that will be on standby for days before loading. That is why the company gave priority to it as high profile job that was well executed. I also raise notifications for preventive maintenance job and conversion/closing of work order in SAP IPES. l worked with a team on overhauling the cargo oil pump that had issues with mechanical seal, this pump was strip to replace the seal and assemble in a timely manner. Being the biggest pump in upstream Nigeria production facilities the team were awarded. l also lead some jobs such as boiler packages, air handling unit, compressors, condenser, fire fighting/foam system, hydraulic system, generator and in tank repairs.

In Saipem engineering where l worked as a senior mechanical Fitter in maintenance department, we fabricate jacket and installs for new developed platform offshore for Total Elf and ExxonMobil, l also worked with a team for laying of riser project. The vessel we used for this operation was called Saipem 3000, is a heavy lift vessel of dead weight of 31400 tonnes. Onboard the ship l did maintenance jobs e.g. repair of pumps, compressor, condenser and valves.
