MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS; The restoration and development of the north lagoon of Tunis and its shores.

- Directed day-to-day lab administrative functions and management.
- Organised field campaigns, sampled water, fauna and flora (algae, seagrasses) and sediments for physico-chemical and biological analysis in the laboratory.
- Established, and experimented analytical methods according to standard protocols.
- Evaluated, reviewed, and computed laboratory and field data using statistics.
- Wrote technical reports.
- Organized events, panel discussions and meetings with liaison to third-party agencies.
- Trained/Supervised students and new lab members in the application and use of new equipments using visual, oral and hands-on methods.
