Draw up work plan of the projects
Responsible for the Quality Inspection of all Civil, Structural work and Building subcontractor work including site preparation, earthworks, reinforced concrete foundations and structures, reinforced concrete and structural Process Control Building, Generator Buildings, pre-cast concrete panel manufacture and erection, concrete and asphalt pavement, fencing, underground utilities and building architectural finishing works .
Responsible for executing laboratory and field testing activities, review reports and collate information i.e. Design of concrete mixes, concrete production & placement, soils analysis, compaction testing of fill materials, asphalt mixes etc.
Review & comment on subcontractor construction methods and work plans with respect to quality. and respond to technical queries.
Review of materials submissions for Civil and Building works.
develop designs to create construction plans; size building members (reinforced concrete ) and develop comprehensive cost estimates .
Write detailed scopes of work ; determine with the construction staff what labor or subcontracted labor would accomplish which work tasks .

-Semi Collective residential building ( R+4 ) luxurious in Ennasr City : 104 apartments and 50 villas : 12000 m2 of cover area .
-Semi Collective residential building ( R+3 ) in El mourouj City : 64 apartments .
Preparation of contract documentation.Preparation of proposals and bids documents for projects (various parts of projects: civil engineering, electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, painting, etc…) budget and cost estimate . Prepare a various files to have authorizations ( Municipality, ONAS, STEG, GAZ, disaster and emergency services, Etc… ).


Responsible for the supervision and inspection of all civil/Architectural and building contractor/subcontractor work including site preparation, earthworks, construct a reinforced concrete foundations and structures , Control underground utilities, pavement and road construction. building architectural finishing works.
Review subcontractor work plans, method statements, and respond to technical queries.
Assist with audits of subcontractor compliance with quality requirements

Coordinate between the activities of contractors/subcontractors : architectural, i.e. Civil, Structural concrete Erection, Electrical, heating, air conditionning, plumbing, Piping and Painting …
Review of Main Contractor and Subcontractor Quality Assurance Quality Control Plans, Test and Inspection Plans and Quality Verification Documentation for civil and building works and monitor implementation throughout the construction phase.
Ensure Contractor compliance with specifications and drawings. ؛
Review of materials submissions for Civil and Building works.
Monitor laboratory and field testing activities, review reports and collate information i.e. Design of concrete mixes, concrete production & placement, soils analysis, compaction testing of fill materials, bituminous concrete, asphalt mixes etc.

Prepare remaining works lists and punch lists and track works to completion.
Prepare weekly reports, weekly progress meeting minutes to Check the progress of the work, Negotiated change orders , review / respond to contractors / subcontractors correspondence . Review Subcontractor monthly progress reports for payment.
Monitor subcontractor labor, equipment and materials resources to determine if adequate to meet scheduled completion dates for work activities.
