Advanced RAG & Deep Document Understanding: Engineered highly accurate RAG
pipelines by implementing RAGFlow as the core retrieval engine, leveraging its advanced
OCR and layout recognition to deeply understand and process complex, unstructured

AI Reliability & Grounding Engine: Developed a proprietary grounding service to detect

Product Strategy & System Design: Formulated the business plan and led the UI/UX
design process using Figma. Conceptualized and built Exlibris, a web application that
allows users to design custom stamps online and generate bulk orders directly from
Excel data.
Advanced Microservices Architecture: Architected and developed a highly scalable
backend using ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and SQL Server. Implemented a
robust microservices ecosystem featuring a Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) gateway, and
a Service Mesh utilizing Envoy Proxy and gRPC for efficient inter-service
