Training the new comers to be qualified to handle the customers' configuration needs.
Handling customer requests and configures it on the customer router
Troubleshooting trunks problem including E1’s, E3’s, IMAs, STM1’s and routing problems
Troubleshooting and maintaining the international links with the upstream providers in
co-ordination with the core team
Participating in migrations according to the network needs.
Configuring Cisco routers for the customers and SDSL modems such as (Patton3086- Adtran
6500- Zhone -Digitel -Paradyne - comttrend).
