Manage the site coordination process to ensure that ELV services are delivered in accordance with the clients requirements and the respective design documents.
Manage the design deliverables from client and designers to contractors. Review contractor works program and resource plan.
Attend weekly site meetings during the construction phase of the works. Liaise regularly with the property operations teams, facilities management, casino and hospitality operations etc.
Possess good communications skills to deal daily with contractors and end users.
Good knowledge of local codes and construction practice in Qatar. Provide advise during construction of the project and issue further notices, clarifications and further design documents as necessary and for the duration of the project.
Investigate site problems related to the consultants design documents and develop solutions, in cooperation with other professionals, to overcome the problems as appropriate.
Provide regular reports on the progress of works.
Management of the rectification works and preparation and management of the defects list.
Review all as built documentation and technical manuals for completeness.
Conduct periodic inspection of the works and prepare reports as necessary of any outstanding issues to be dealt with by the alliance contractor indicating whether or not the works are in accordance with the design intent as expressed by the design documents.
Coordinate with ELV and Electrical contractors for the cable containment installation.
Monitoring of ELV installation quality.
Coordination between ELV and other trade contractors on installation sequence and coordination issues.
Site communication and problem solving in relation to installation works.
Responsible for client progress meetings on and off site, cost control, invoicing, variation claims, invoice payment resolution and conditions of contract. Also worked closely with other departmental managers to promote overall company effectiveness.

- Reviewed and approved all project documentation.

- Ensuring proper performance and effectiveness of systems and demonstrating adequate planning of Low Current Systems including but not limited to Home Automation, Music System, Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, CCTV, Access Control, Access Gates, UPS, Controllers, Master Clock, Staff Paging Systems and PA Systems, etc).
- Participating in the development of Low current systems (Home Automation, Music Systems, Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, CCTV, Access door, UPS, Controller systems, etc) as well as related policies and procedures.
- Supervising Power Storm’s activities and ensuring a proper implementation of the related low current systems policies and procedures.
- Evaluating Electronics / Low current supplier’s contracts.
- Ensuring the regular verification, implementation, maintenance, and functionally of the low current system to avoid and resolve any occurring problems.
- Ensuring the installation, maintenance and monitoring of systems in addition to a proper organization, and documentation of low current systems.
- Making sure all backups are well protected to avoid any risks of data loss.
- Recommending development plans for Low Current systems in order to meet Power Storm’s required level of efficiency.
- Preparing and submitting to MES all work reports, work orders and related documents.
Developing the market by enhancing the relationship and increasing product brand awareness for:
Ilight Automation System, AMX System and BMS.
- Installing and programming all types of Low Current Systems such as:
- Cooper Control Systems (Lights, Curtains…)
- AMX Control Systems (Music, FCU/AHU…)
- Pumps Control Systems ( ITT Lowara)

- Preparing all sorts of AutoCAD drawings related to electrical and LC Systems.
- Installing all types of electrical DB’s (MCC panels, SMDB, Sub and Main Stations…) These panels were installed, terminated, tested and commissioned by us and approved by Kahramaa.
