 Advertise vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a newspaper
 Using social media to advertise positions attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employer.
 Headhunting - identify and approach suitable candidates who may already.
 Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client’s vacancy.
 Receive and review applications, managing interviews and create shortlist of candidates for the client.
 Brief the candidates about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job.
 Prepare CV’s and correspondence to forward to clients regarding of suitable applicants.
 Organizing interviews for candidates as request by the client.
 Informing candidates about the result of their interviews.
Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes.
 Provide assistance to the Chairman and General Manager
 Responsible in processing individual and bulk recruitment candidates’ documents such as: offer letter, medical report, police clearance, working visa and airlines ticket.
 Prepare monthly CV transmission and arrival list
 Prepare Minutes of Meeting
 Do Secretarial Duties such as Sending and Responding to email accordingly,
Attending to queries, scheduling meeting attending telephone calls, scanning documents and etc.
 Prepare documents needed for visa application
 Provide assistance to the Chairman and General Manager
