Provide assistance to the Chairman and General Manager
Responsible in processing individual and bulk recruitment candidates’ documents such as: offer letter, medical report, police clearance, working visa and airlines ticket.
Prepare monthly CV transmission and arrival list
Prepare Minutes of Meeting
Do Secretarial Duties such as Sending and Responding to email accordingly,
Attending to queries, scheduling meeting attending telephone calls, scanning documents and etc.
Prepare documents needed for visa application

Responsible for the establishment of Document Control Procedure such as drawing schedule control procedure, document submittal and receipt procedure, document status and others
Keep track of all document correspondence and transaction. Maintain and update all document registers

Troubleshoot and maintain SQL Server Issue
