- Develop and execute the company's production operations in alignment with corporate business and strategic plans, emphasizing safety, quality, production output, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Expand production capabilities and introduce new production lines for additional products as needed.
- Proactively formulate new specialty lubricant products and expand the company's product range, leveraging existing supplier networks. Expand the network of approved suppliers for finished goods, base oils, and additives.
- Initiate regular technical meetings to review and address problems, seeking continuous improvement opportunities.
- Ensure accurate and consistent reporting on business matters, maintaining excellent follow-up and reporting skills to meet long-term objectives.
- Optimize manufacturing units to improve efficiencies in machine operation, material yields, labor, and overhead costs compared to budget.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create and update technical data sheets and material safety data sheets regularly.
- Manage and develop technical area personnel, including quality, production, and maintenance team members, totaling around 40 individuals.
• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the laboratory and ensuring all procedures and work instructions are implemented and sustained.
• Responsible for implementing and maintaining testing to ASTM standard.
• Ensure that all test equipment is available and functioning to meet raw material and finished good specifications.
• Preparation of Products/Raw materials masters and Test Report in ERP.
• Responsible for maintaining calibration schedule of laboratory equipment.
• Checking and correcting the defective problems during manufacturing of products.
• Blend formulation adjustment and investigates cause of non - conformance and presents findings.
• Supervising senior chemist, chemists and technicians, and other staff members and providing guidance.
• Preparation and review of the laboratory capital and operating budget.
• Make a monthly performance report for the Quality Control section and submit it to plant manager.
• One of company’s QMS (ISO 9001:2015) internal auditors.

• Coordinates, schedules and evaluates the work of Lab chemists & technicians.
• Performs quality control tests on blended lubricating oil, greases, additives and base oil in accordance to approved testing methods.
• Carries out sample analysis on used oil or after - sale service samples or complaint samples upon request.
• Checks test results for in - process and finished lubricating oil, grease, additives and base oil against specifications and works out components to add to non - conforming batches to conform them to specification.
• Assists in blend formulation development and investigates cause of non - conformance and presents findings.
• Assists in the preparation and review of the laboratory capital and operating budget.
• Sets up, calibrates, operates and troubleshoots laboratory equipment & Instruments such as (viscometer, CCS, Flash Point tester, Pour Point tester, TBN, TAN testers, FTIR, AAS, ICP and Karl Fischer)
