❖Control over stock management countries' (UAE, KSA, QATAR, BAHRAIN & OMAN)
❖ Develops the inventory management strategy of the company with the goal to control costs within budget, generate saving, rationalize inventory and maximize the working capital available
❖ Accountable for the accuracy of the inventory counts (yearly/monthly...).
❖ Controls perpetual inventory stock counting and accuracy checks, and investigates discrepancies and shortages in company warehouses, 3PL’s, showrooms, and other virtual warehouses.
❖ Periodically visit countries to conduct a stock take in the showrooms and other virtual warehouses, and conduct on the ground stock audits in 3PL’s warehouses to verify quality and quantity, storage conditions, and stock handling.
❖ Customize weekly/monthly reports mentioning the:
⮚ Stock level by brand by item by warehouse.
⮚ Inventory turnover by brand/By item
⮚ Stock ageing / Non/slow moving items/ Expired/near to be expired items.
⮚ A, B, C, D Classification + POSM levels + New items
⮚ Total returned orders/month. (with reason for return)
⮚ Monitor and follow up “Invoiced not delivered” with logistics.
Analysis business data (Price range, Brand and Ageing stock)
Presenting reports and analyses to superiors with other region’s (UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman) comparison all the reports.
Coordinating & clearing the import and export shipments of goods in warehouse.
Follow up the all home delivery system by multi location sales basis (SFO)
Analysis business data (Price range, Brand and Ageing stock)
Develop the section’s overall strategy, business plan and budget
Creating and maintaining spreadsheets to report and analyze data.
Presenting reports and analyses to superiors with other region’s (Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman) comparison all the reports.
Job specifications and key responsibilities to direct subordinates and assign duties.
Seek ways to protect from uncertainties of supply & ensure that materials are available when needed.
Ensure establishment of proper inventory buffers when demand & lead time vary considerably and are difficult to project.
Coordinate with purchasing to identify minimum quantity orders required by supplier or special price breaks for ordering large quantities. (Replenishment System)
Create and conduct deep analysis of demand history (day, week, month)
Interpret Develop the section policies and procedures and provide interpretation to staff.
Ensure that stock item consumption is monitored accurately according to historical demand and forecast analysis.
Managing excess and ageing stock.
Assist in the review and standardization of operational policy, procedures and goals.
Import & export stock movement checking and analysis data
Customer & supplier delivery schedule and tracking and making data analysis.
Tracking vehicle movements and coordinate with delivery team
Responsible for maintaining acceptable and accurate inventory levels.
Ensures continued operations and avoids product or inventory shortages.
Responsible for all stock counts like daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.
Maintained a control system to reduce damage, and inventory obsolescence.
Responsible for clearing and allocation of all import shipments in store.
Evaluating CV reports of import shipments and reports to logistic.
Monitoring transactions are posting on time for maintain stock levels.
Providing reports to purchase departments and showrooms for maintain stock target.
Leadership skills including strong ability to coach and develop effective teams and strong focus on employee engagement
Monitored and supervised the MRP processes on everyday basis
Designed and implemented new processes to improve and distribute stock efficiently
Be able to communicate to Sales and interface with strong personalities
Click & collect -E -commerce
Time line coordinate delivery management customer delivery
Manage complete warehouse activities from inward to outward stock movement.
Ensure that all stock movement gets tracked accurately in software.
Reconciliation of System / physical stocks.
Stock reconciliations management of repairable, un-saleable and obsolete stocks.
Control stocks through systems / software.
Physical stock taking on daily / cycle basis.
Excess / Negative stock control.
Monitoring all fast moving items and ensure their availability.
Coordinating with sales team other store for checking availability of required stocks.
Arrange availability packing of materials as per order from pan India locations.
Prepare MIS reports.
Accurately track and monitor all dispatches
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
• Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
