• Managing contractor and their subcontractor on safety issues to protect individuals and properties at the site
• Implementing the emirates of Dubai and federal law and regulations supposed to be managed a safety issues
• Weekly inspection tour with the contractor and issue the weekly safety report.
• Prepare the monthly safety minute of meeting and manage the safety meeting with client and the contractor to discuses and evaluate the safety requirements
• From day to day site inspection with the contractor safety manager in the site to follow safety and training activities in the project
• Follow the third party certificates issued and renewal for tower crane, hoists, concrete placement pumps, and set permits system as required in activities also scaffold tag system and competency of the scaffolds erectors

The project is the construction of Al Silaa Community Hospital in western area of Abu Dhabi first start with client Seha then the project shifted to Musanada my job is • Organizing weekly meeting with Health Committee and discussing the problems & quality-related issues
