 Giving timely advice on: a) the government contractual obligations, and consequences of any event of default, b) create harmonious transferring customers DPC and c) the amendments required to the C.A.

 Approving the acceptance test results of DPC new system components and issuing Interim Completion Certificate for all new projects.
 Calculating the Theoretical consumption of Gas as per the “Heat Rate Model”.
 Witnessing and certifying the meter readings of generated, and exported kwh,
 Verifying the monthly consumer billing, Capital Cost Allowances, Fixed &Variable Operating Cost Allowances, any additional capital & variable expenses with the formulae stipulated in the C.A.
 Calculating : a)the Bonus or Penalties, associated with system loss, b) Liquidated Damages in case of any DPC default, and c)DPC claims on account of Natural Force Majeure or Political Force Majeure;
