SYSTEM EXPERIENCE:
• Experience using Incadea. My engine system.
• Experience using GM Parts Catalog.
• Experience using Multi Brand Parts Catalog thru Online.
• Use Windows-based systems, including Outlook and MS Excel, to perform
daily.
SALES WORK EXPERIENCE:
• Assist retail customer in person and via phone.
• Provided professional assistance to walk-in retail customers.
• Selling GM, Chevrolet, Mechanical, Electrical and Body Parts for
Walk-in Customer.
• Selling Multi brand Mechanical, Electrical, Body Parts, Spare Parts for walk-
in Customer.
• Keep track of inventory to ensure that fast moving parts are stocked and available
• Contact customers after their parts have arrived.
• Directly communicates and negotiates with suppliers, retailers
and consumers, while ensuring part quality and fitment.
• Assist in both daily and weekly inventories, and responsible for
ordering of parts.
• Preparing Daily Retail and Wholesale Parts order, for Battery,
Lubrication and Sending via Email for ordering process.
• Receiving new Parts Purchase before encode to system stock and before to put in bin location
• Train and coach new Parts Consultant.
• Preparing Hand over information to inform colleague for all the pending
job.
SERVICE COORDINATOR EXPERIENCE:
• Work directly with Service personals to ensure utmost customer service.
• Assist technicians with on hand parts and ordering of specialized parts
for custom repairs as per needed.
• Assist service advisors with estimates and ordering parts as needed.
• Issuing Spare Part to Job card, and Picking as per technician request.
• Assist technicians with on hand parts and ordering of specialized parts for
custom repairs as per needed.
• Utilize parts manuals both hard copy and electronic format to identify
proper parts for all vehicles being serviced.
CASHIER:
• Properly billed all of the special orders to all of the active work orders.
• Preparing Local Purchase Order (LPO) to collect parts from the supplier.
• Preparing cash/card bill payment for walk-in customer.
• Receiving cash payment from customer.
WARRANTY BATTERY:
• Preparing and receiving Retail Warranty battery claim.
• Checking Warranty Card date, if still under warranty.
• Filling Warranty Card with date of purchase, Serial number and
Battery part number for retail Cash Sale.
• Preparing Monthly Warranty Battery document for claiming.

• Perform changing brake system change brake pads and brake shoes
• Checking the under chassis parts like brakes, differential, 4x4 transmission etc. and repair or replace parts if necessary
• Perform under chassis and suspension repair, replace shock absorber, control arm, ball joint, tie rods
• Checking of engine parts like drive belt, spark plug, fuel filter carburetor etc.
• Checking all possible parts Damage and make a Quotation list.
• Ensure high quality standard in auto technician function and duties.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through auto technician functions.
