Responsibilities and duties:
 - Acting as Executive Director of the Kuwaiti Cultural Office,

 To provide guidance to Kuwaiti students and their guardians with regard to scholarships, the regulations of the Ministry of Higher Education and other sponsors in the State of Kuwait to study the United Arab Emirates.
 Providing academic guidance services to Kuwaiti students, assisting them in obtaining admission from various universities in the United Arab Emirates, opening files for new students, keeping them confidential, following registration procedures, recommending solutions to their academic problems at different universities and following them academically until graduation.
 Assist students to understand university policies and procedures,
 Guiding students on the selection and planning of the educational program and on the follow-up and evaluation of their academic progress

 Follow-up with the (admissions and enrollment, Registration) departments of the various universities of students (Over 1, 200 students) on the academic status and performance at the end of each semester and the end of the academic year and pay special attention to students placed under academic observation. and report to the relevant section of the Ministry of Higher Education and other Sponsor in the State of Kuwait (on a regular basis and when needed).
 Guidance, and if necessary, referral of students to other institutional resources when academic or other personal problems require intervention
 Work and coordinate with the Finance Section of the Cultural Office to ensure that tuition fees are paid to students who are guaranteed on time to universities c. .
 Regularly follow up with universities in order to obtain updated information on guaranteed students.
 · Responsible for all student files and records,
 Prepare statistical reports on enrolled students, graduates and others at the beginning and end of each semester of the academic year.
 The ability to evaluate and process large amounts of data from different sources to provide concise and useful reports.
 To assist the consular and the cultural attaché in preparing working papers for discussion at the periodic meeting at the Ministry of Higher Education of the State of Kuwait, and to follow up on decisions, proposals, and recommendations.
 Participation in student events

 Coordination with the Certificate Equivalency Department of the Ministry of Higher Education of the State of Kuwait (on official communications and the Electronic Equivalence System on verification of graduate certificate data issued by universities of the United Arab Emirates);
