As an Accounting Assistant Manager in Business Services
Outsourcing department, I am responsible from the accounting
services to our clients (foreign companies in KSA) which
include the following:
* Review and prepare the chart of accounts and the cost
centers for the new clients.
* Planning for the accounting services, bookkeeping, and
delivering of the reports.
* Supervising accountants, delegating and participating in
accounting tasks.
* Overseeing the recording, tracking, and reporting of financial
information.
* Developing and implementing controls and procedures to
ensuring accuracy reports.
* Reviewing and maintaining accurate GL transactions records.
* Maintaining accurate records & balances of the banks,
accounts payable & accounts receivable.
* Preparing VAT, WHT and income tax in timely for the filing in
ZATCA portal.
* Prepare reports of funding usage, funding forecast, and
funding requests.
* Reviewing, approving employee claims and process
payments in Concur system.
* Managing treasury services in behalf of our clients.
* Preparing and reviewing periodical accurate reports and
Sending to the clients.
* Ensuring timely delivery of the reports and meeting the agreed
deadlines.
* Response to clients requirements and inquires in timely.
* Planning and follow up the annual audit and respond to the
auditor requirements and complete the audit sessions.
* Mapping the audited financial statements to the trial balance
and make the adjustments in case of any variances.

As Accounting Manger I was resposible of the accounting and
finance department of the Establishment, which including the
following:
* Developing and maintaining effective accounting information
system.
* Supervising accounting staff and provide them guidance when
needed.
* Managing cash flow and maintaining the appropriate cash
amount all the time.
* Overseeing bank accounts activities and make bank
reconciliations.
* Preparing Weekly, Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial
reports for the managers.
* Developing, reviewing and maintaining effective and efficeint
internal control.
* Co-ordinating and supporting external auditor in performing
and completing the annual audit.
* Reviewing importing activities procedures and provide
analysis and advices.
* Preparing items movement analysis and recommend for the
best order quantities.
* Prepare lists of non moving items and recommend for taking
action.
* Reviewing and approve foreign purchases and letters of
credits (LCs) documents

As Senior Accountant have been responsible from the following
tasks.
* Reviewing and recording accounting data and keeping proper
bookkeeping.
* Ensuring an accurate and timely monthly and year end close.
* Supervision the day-to-day operation of the accounting.
* Control bank accounts and make reconciliations.
* Prepare report of nonmoving items and recommend to take
action.
* Prepare monthly payroll sheets.
* Analyzing customer's debts and prepare collection reports.
* Performing items recording, classification, costing, and
pricing.
* Prepare inventory re-ordering lists according to their
movement.
* Supervising annual inventory checks and prepare reports for
necessary reconciliations.

Recording branch accounting transaction on the accounting system.
Oversaw branch treasury and transfer surplus funds to the head office.
Prepare monthly trial balance, cash flow and bank reconciliations to finance manager.
Approve expenditures and other payment.
Coordinate and manage the preparation of branch budget.
Monitoring performance against budget and report variances to the head office.
Prepare monthly tax (VAT) reports to tax authorizes and coordinate their payment.
